Team Assistant - People Operations

Position description

ableneo is looking for Team Assistant to work within our People Operations team. For this position we are looking for enthusiastic team player, with willingness to learn and work in agile environment , and working on multiple tasks.. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administration connected with People Operations team (preparation of contracts and its signatures, paper handling).
  • Office management (to help the office to run smoothly - from equipment orders to andy issues connected with the office).
  • Organization of internal and external events (internal training sessions, external conferences , etc.)
  • Daily communication with our international team in english, working remotely.
  • Support connected with business trips.
