Key Account Manager

Position description

Account manager is known in Enics structure as a CFT leader (Customer Focus Team Leader) . Responsibilities of CFT´s :

  • Manages the day to day operation toward the customers
  • Manages, coaches and train the crossfunctional team within the BU concerning the working in the CFT (functions are responsible to ensure the necessary competence levels of the CFT members
  •  Build relationships with the customers’ ordering units, managing and fulfilling their expectations
  • Set targets to the CFT, follow up, draft and implement corrective actions when needed
  •  Implement customers’ agreements and processes
  • Is responsible for managing the Costing process for the assigned RFQ
  •  Is responsible for providing updated costs (material, logistics and value add) for price updates and cost reduction projects
  •  Manages customers’ visits, audits and quarterly reviews 
  •  Ensures Sales & Operational Planning according to Enics global process for this specific customer

  • Sales, Project or Operational experience (3 years experience preferably in the EMS industry)

  • Fluent in English written and spoken
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
