Head of Human Resources for LEAF organization

Position description

The role has to ensure that all human resources (HR) activities are carried on smoothly and effectively.  It is responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with organization vision, values and company objectives.

Besides of other responsibilities she/he is responsible for: 

  • Developing HR strategic plans and elaborates it for a variety of HR matters such as hiring, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, growth, health and safety etc.  
  • Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics 
  • Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance and feedback 
  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations 
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards 
  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking remedy action when required 
  • Anticipate and resolve litigation risks related to HR matters 
  • Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics 
  • Communicating with state institutions and authorities

Compensation for the role is starting 1750 euro base, depending on the qualification and track record of final candidate.

  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting 
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards 
  • Advanced level of English language

Information about selection process
