Project coordinator for cross LEAF projects

Position description

You will lead the design and implementation of select LEAF strategic projects that can include innovation of current LEAF programs, roll-out of modern digital tools, automation of select internal processes, development of real estate project, or upgrade of our internal culture

The selection of “your” project will depend on current LEAF priorities and your skill set and preferences.

Besides other responsibilities you will be responsible to:

  • Prepare project plan in line with project scope and expectations;
  • Kick off the project, aligning all involved colleagues and partners
  • Continuously monitor project progress, define and implement necessary measures for risk mitigation;
  • Search for inspiring practices to find optimal solutions on challenges within project scope
  • Communicate project progress with all stakeholders; proactively manage decision making process
  • Train and support colleagues to help them adopt desired change the project brings
  • Assure successful project implementation, completion of agreed project deliverable and its transition into ‚business as usual‘ stage

Compensation for the role is starting 1280 euro base, depending on the qualification and track record of final candidate.

Required education

  • University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Preferably Management/Economic/Engineering/IT, but other fields are not excluded

Work experience

3 years
